about. No solemn Dutch person can resist Gruppo's witty potpourri of
shower-ready sing-a-longs, humorous word play, punk brutality and stylistic
citations from 20 years of pop music. Especially not in the off-beat way they
take the stage! Nerd-pop avant la lettre.
"One more time!" is what the Gruppo veterans thought, following the re-release of all their LPs on CD and the compilation Married With Singles as the cherry on top. So they geared up and gave several promotional reunion concerts. Not only were these concerts extremely fun, they were an immediate success.
